To register to receive rates notices by email, please enter your name and details. To avoid missed communications from us it is advisable to use your personal email address rather than your place of work. It is advisable to use your personal email address to avoid missed communications from us if you are overseas or leave your place of work. Once submitted, you will receive a verification email to be actioned by you to complete the registration.
Things to be aware of before applying:
- There can only be ONE email address for each notice.
- If there is more than one owner of the property and other owner/s apply to receive an electronic notice, the eRates system will by default send the notice to last registered email address.
- If the registration has not been received in time for when the next notice is issued, you will automatically receive your rates notice by post.
